honorable closure

This is your chance to work with someone who has been there.

My life experience has unwittingly made me an expert in all manner of transitions, endings, and good-byes. The way we handle endings, large and small, shapes our lives and gives them meaning.

Our culture wrestles with endings, often ignoring them or rushing through them without taking time to reflect, avoiding discomfort.

When we learn to work skillfully at life's crossroads, we cultivate freedom and joy and are better prepared for the future.

Honorable Closure is a practical and mindful way to bring clarity to the chaos of change.

My 4-Step Process builds on the wisdom traditions of my beloved teacher, Angeles Arrien. It can help you feel complete, integrate what you have learned, and get clear about your next steps. In this way, good endings make for good beginnings.

Let this work support you through:

  • Leaving a community (religious or secular)

  • A career transition

  • Break-up of a marriage or partnership

  • Completing a stage of life

  • Loss of a loved one

  • Completing a large project

  • Moving into a new leadership position

These sessions can stand alone or complement whatever counseling or coaching you are receiving. Many clients find that one or two focused conversations with me are all that is needed to surface fresh insights and determine their next steps toward resolution.

For those seeking more support, coaching packages are available.

I first worked with Linda when I was ending a 19-year marriage. She brought honour and peace to the process.

She not only gave me structures that helped me move forward, but more so, when I was lost and didn’t know the questions to ask, she seemed to know what I needed.

The elegance and beauty of her spirit shone through in all these sessions. I feel blessed to have met her.
