True leadership is not about who you appear to be but who you are in each moment.
At its core, leadership is about:
Clarity to see beyond immediate circumstances and limitations
Courage to stay present with discomfort
Capacity to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively
Compassion to see others as whole beings with their own wisdom
These qualities aren’t fixed traits or skills reserved for the select few. They’re capacities that can be cultivated, and they become available to us when we develop mental flexibility and presence.
In my experience, intentional microdosing of psychedelics is one of the most powerful catalysts for developing these capacities. That said, I know it is not the right direction for all those who choose to work with me. I welcome that conversation with you.
“I started working with Linda during a major turning point in my career.
She helped me maintain my composure and not get mired in unimportant details as I handled the difficult negotiations of selling my interest in the business.
Working with her is like having a business partner with no agenda beyond supporting me.”
“In mid-December, our team gathered, and Linda led us through a process to find some peace and closure after a year of extraordinary change.
She created a space for us to pause, reflect, let go, and call forth hope for the future.
It was a magnificent way to end the year!”
